Polytonic Greek Keyboards
Mac computers come with a polytonic Greek keyboard. Navigate to the keyboard settings and select Greek as the language. One of the options should be polytonic Greek.
Recommended for Windows: Keyman Polytonic Greek + Keyboard
Recommended for mobile: Hoplite Greek Keyboard
If you prefer the Keyman keyboard, that can be used on mobile as well.
